ThinkingLegally is intended to be a resource offering background material related to legal issues in the news. The editor is a legal writer drawing on his own and others’ expertise for the posts. It ranges over housing, welfare, employment, human rights and constitutional law – with more to come.
No advice is offered in the posts and sometimes the legal positions put forward are purposely contentious.
See also the sister blog Al’s Law which contains an eclectic mix of newsworthy legal stories.
